Class Schedule

After you have completed the CrossFit Elements Classes, you will then be ready for daily group classes! By now you will have reviewed the different membership options and will have already made the decision to join our family.  You can attend whichever class you desire. All scheduled classes are conducted by a Certified CrossFit Level 1 Coach, or higher, and will be tailored to your fitness level. Classes last approximately 1-hour depending upon the programming and logistics of the daily workout. Please plan to train for the full hour. Anyone who is tardy will be pushed back to the next class. All classes require a sign up on our website schedule.
